Grieving Kim Cattrall Lashes Out At SJP: "You Are Not My Friend"

Sarah Jessica Parker Wants Kim Cattrall to Have the

Kim Cattrall has vented her anger at former Sex and the City co-star Sarah Jessica Parker. 10, Kim took to Instagram to share a scathing message directed at her former co-star, and she did not hold anything back.

Cattrall's brother was found dead last week. The accompanying caption to the message-driven image accused Parker of "exploiting" the tragedy as a crass attempt at image rehab. "Xx", she wrote in the comments section.

"My Mom asked me today "When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?"

"I don't need you love and support at this tragic time", Cattrall tells Parker. You're not my friend.

Kim also included a link to an article in the NY post about the "mean girl culture" on Sex and the City.

The actress then went on to make things "VERY clear" and even accused Parker of having other intentions behind reaching out after her brother's death.

Cynthia Nixon, Parker and Cattrall's co-star, also left a message of support: "Hey Kim such bad news".

The two actresses reportedly have not gotten along for years.

The cast, which also featured Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, has been continuously asked about the possibility of a third flick, but the drama between Cattrall and Parker always ended up taking over the headlines.

SJP also commented on the post, writing: "Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours and Godspeed to your beloved brother. Sending you love. XO".

"Cynthia, hearing your voice meant so much to me", she wrote.

We send our love and condolences to Kim and her entire family during this painful time.

Before the news of his death Kim had previously posted that her brother was missing from his home in Lacombe, Canada.

"I think [women] can relate to her and they can be friends with her", she told us. "We've been colleagues and in some ways it's a very healthy place to be".

Speaking with Extra, Parker added, "I can't begin to know how her family is managing such a loss".
