What do the companies have to reveal?

The organisation has reported its gender pay gap data across three United Kingdom legal entities in line with the government's gender pay gap reporting regulations and in time for the private sector submission deadline of 4 April 2018 (today).
Male executives take the majority of the highest-paid jobs at all three major companies, and are paid by far the bigger bonuses.

Groundscare equipment manufacturer Ransomes Jacobsen in Ipswich had a median gap of -7%, meaning women's average pay was higher than men's. Across the firm's 310 United Kingdom employees, 37 percent are women.
