By breaking her end of the agreement, she may now face the possibility of having to pay back $375,000 awarded to her eight years ago, on top of legal fees, in an out-of-court settlement reported by Der Spiegel.

Mayorga claims she reached an out of court settlement with the soccer player that she now wants voided.

She was invited to join guests in a hot tub but she declined because she did not have a bathing suit, the complaint said. Last year, German magazine Der Spiegel reported on the settlement documents.

Ronaldo, 33, is a five-time Ballon d'Or victor as world football's best male player.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has denied the claims, calling it "fake news".

She told the outlet she didn't want to relive her trauma in court, so they settled on their own. "I'm (a) happy man and all, all good".

He made the statement on an Instagram Live video. What they said today? When she was changing to get in the jacuzzi, she says the footballer entered the bathroom and exposed himself, demanding oral sex.

Chillingly she claims the Portugal and Juventus star told her: "I'm sorry, I'm usually a gentleman" after allegedly raping her in his hotel suite leaving her with PTSD and suicidal thoughts.

Ronaldo has yet to publicly respond this time. He then forced her to have anal sex with him after she had rebuffed a series of advances.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo had retained a team of "fixers" that the lawsuit calls "personal reputation protection specialists" and are unnamed defendants. But she refused to name her assailant. The team communicated with Mayorga's lawyer at the time, who agreed to private mediation with them.

Kathryn is from Las Vegas, Nevada originally, according to the outlet.

Cristiano Ronaldo is being accused of raping a woman in Las Vegas in 2009.

Leslie Stovall, Ms Mayorga's lawyer, said in a statement on Monday his client wanted to, "obtain justice by holding Cristiano Ronaldo accountable for his conduct". But the evidence, including images and other information from the exam, is still with police.

The lawsuit accuses Ronaldo of battery for sodomizing her. "He wouldn't let me leave", she said.

Over the years that Mayorga maintained her silence, her emotional health suffered under the weight of post-traumatic stress disorder, according to the lawsuit.

She has since quit her teaching job and gone into hiding.

Mayorga spoke with Der Spiegel and provided a detailed account of the 2009 incident. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did not reply to a request for comment over the weekend.

The lawsuit said Mayorga reported the alleged assault to the Las Vegas police the same day and underwent an examination at a local hospital.

Mayorga did not participate in the article and was not named in it.

Der Spiegel's deputy editor-in-chief, Alfred Weinzierl, on Sunday said the magazine stood fully by its story.

She told the publication she didn't process what happened until she got into her vehicle.
