Paula Abdul performs

According to US Magazine, the songstress couldn't perform at her second stop because of the venue's inability to "accommodate" her stage and show.

No news has surfaced stating whether or not Abdul suffered any injuries from the fall. The song continued to play as Abdul cried out for the audience to sing along with her, apparently unashamed that she was lip syncing to backing track.

Abdul, who served as a judge on U.S. show "American Idol" for eight seasons, was performing her 1991 single "The Promise of a New Day" at Biloxi's Hard Rock Live.

Addul left the popular show in 2009 but she didn't disappear from the spotlight totally.

In 2017, the songstress toured with New Kids on the Block and Boyz II Men.

Despite taking a break from life on the road, Paula has kept her name in the headlines thanks to her judging role on American Idol.
